In light of the earthquake in Haiti, Hoja Law Group started an initiative to get lawyers more involved in the relief effort. Consolidation of efforts is especially critical at this time. As such, Prese Prese! (Hurry! Hurry! in Haitian Creole) is encouraging lawyers to donate money as well as pro bono or low cost legal services to Haitians that need legal services (e.g. Temporary Protected Status applications, adoptions and applications for employment authorization). Our database already includes lawyers from most states and practice areas and lawyers with Creole and French speaking skills.
