Our speakers for the October 2009 is Dana Starks, Chairman and Commissioner of the City of Chicago Commission on Human Relations, and MaryNic Foster, the Executive Director of the Cook County Commission on Human Rights.  Both of our speakers discuss how people with disabilities can file discrimination complaints with their respective agencies and discuss other procedural and substantive issues related to disability.
