The Legal Aid Bureau (LAB) is providing a joint training for pro bono attorneys who are interested in either volunteering for the REACH Clinic providing advice and referral in the Midway area, or LAB’s Simple Divorce pro bono program.

*REACH Clinic volunteers should attend the entire session, and Simple Divorce volunteers may leave after the first hour.

REACH LEGAL CLINIC:  The Legal Aid Bureau’s REACH Legal Clinic in Chicago’s Midway community is supervised by attorney Rise Terney as part of our Poverty Law Project.  LAB is seeking volunteer attorneys and Spanish interpreters to provide advice and referrals for family, housing, and consumer law issues.  Before clients receive appointments, they will be screened for eligibility & conflicts.

The REACH Clinic takes place on the 2nd Saturday of every month, 9 a.m. – 12 p.m., at the Reach Center at Marquette Bank, 2nd floor, 6155 S. Pulaski, Chicago. A free parking lot is available.
