The first session is primarily designed for support staff, who are the first to encounter clients and screen them. This session covers recognizing clients with mental disabilities, diffusing anxious clients, etc.

The second session is for casehandlers, attorneys and paralegals, who represent clients and need to maintain an ongoing relationship with the client. This session should help casehandlers with ideas on how they can maintain the trusting and cooperative relationship necessary for representing a client with a mental disability.

The third session addresses the ethical and legal obligations we have when representing a client with a mental disability.
